My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenience of the location right off the PA Turnpike was great, but the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. The service was friendly and accommodating, but the dining experience wasn't up to par.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, nice, and had plenty of seating options, but there were some issues with the smell in rooms 126 and 128. The service was top-notch, customer-oriented, and very accommodating, although some improvements in the late hours are needed. The location was convenient, well-stocked with towels, and close to various attractions. The dining options were satisfactory with a good variety during the lobby's remodeling, although there might be room for improvement. The facilities met expectations, though some additional amenities could enhance the guest experience.
